Symposium 2010 Barcelona Registration Includes:

  • All meal functions and receptions (please refer to agenda page for specific times)
  • Special Dinner Reception on Wednesday 5 May

Promotional Rate Register prior to 1/31/2010: 165 EUR (about $250)
Early Bird Rate: Register prior to 3/26/2010: 265 EUR (about $399)
Advance Rate: Register after 3/26/2010: 330 EUR (about $499)
Two-for-One Rate: Available anytime: 330 EUR (about $500)
Cancellations, Refunds/Transfers:

Because Symyx incurs certain expenses prior to the Symposium, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations postmarked or emailed by April 5, 2010, will receive an 80% refund.
  • No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after April 5, 2010.
  • All cancellations must be rtmmeceived in writing or by email.
  • Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee.
  • Please email to make a substitution or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter. This will help to simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
  • No-shows are liable for the entire Symposium fee.
